Hi LRPR staff -

The attached schedule is for THREE weeks - so please be sure to take a look at all three and let us know ASAP if there is a shift we need to trade or any issues. Important info follows so please read below.

We are very busy the next three weeks for spring break and the scheduling was very tight. We got busier much faster than we expected for this spring break. But, in mid-April it will slow down a bit.

I've tried very hard to juggle everyone's normal preferences for scheduling, but want to give a heads-up that almost everyone has shifts on this schedule that are not their preference. Some of you have more hours than you prefer, some are on for mornings when you prefer afternoons, some have full days when you prefer half days. I have not forgotten your preferences and we should be able to return to honoring all of them after this spring break schedule. But I know you all understand that we must provide adequate coverage to provide quality care for our guests. It's going to be busy and hard work, but please stay positive and focused and we'll get through the next three weeks successfully!

Three new hires started the last two weeks and one more starts next week. For now, we're excited to welcome Kaylie, Megan and Taylor to the LRPR team. They've been doing a great job so far during their training and are great additions to our summer staff. Please be sure to welcome them and help show them the ropes when you work with them in the coming weeks!
